Ingredients
(4oz) bean sprouts
Frozen prawns or shrimp
8oz package of noodles
2 eggs
2oz of cubed tofu
¼ cup crushed roasted peanuts
1 tbsp chopped garlic
1 jar Thai Kitchen Pad Thai sauce
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp chopped chives
1 lime wedge
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Recipe
Boil noodles in salted water. Fry whipped eggs into a fry pan with 1 tablespoon oil. When cooked, roll up and place at one side of the skillet. Now, add shrimp and cook until tender and pink. Shift shrimp and egg from the skillet. Now brown the tofu and remove it from the skillet as well. Pour rest of the oil into the skillet and fry chopped garlic for at least one minute. Add boiled noodles and Pad Thai sauce. Mix well and add tofu, eggs, shrimp, sprouts, chives and lime juice. Heat for another 4 to 5 minutes and serve in a platter with lime wedges, peanuts and chives.
