how much is it to get a dog spayed

Sterilization can make for a better family pet and more affectionate. It is a medical fact that spaying can extend the life of our pets and may reduce the number
of health problems later in life. Women can benefit from the sterilization by reducing the incidence of cervical, breast, ovarian and uterine infections such as pyometra. how much is it to get a dog spayed ?

Castration of male reduces the risk of prostate and testicular cancer. They are less likely to develop unwanted behaviors such as marking, sexual aggression and assembly, and are less likely to leak, move or fight with other dogs.

Some vets recommend that our dogs are spayed anywhere between 5-16 months. United States some are less than 8 weeks. how much is it to get a dog spayed. Many rescue centers like Battersea Dogs Home and the RSPCA / ASPCA Spay and Neuter as a matter of course, regardless of age. My colleagues and I in PAACT The Professional Association of Applied Canine Trainers have serious reservations about this advice and practice.

There have been many scientific studies on the beneficial effect of sterilization on the physiological level, but none that I can find psychological and behavioral level.

As behavioral consultants and obedience trainers, we find that treat many more cases where dogs are displaying (paedomorphic) tendencies. This is puppy like behavior of adult dogs, which we believe may be related to the incidence of early castration and sterilization.

It was also observed that bitches spayed too soon can be much more interesting to intact males, and the unwanted attention of men can make women to be aggressive and protective of this attention in adulthood.

Regarding sterilization, we believe that men should not be castrated until they have been cocking their leg for at least a month, and must be at least 10 to 16 months (depending on the breed and size), unless there is a serious medical or behavioral problems. In women, think they should have at least one first season, but preferably two, then wait about three months before considering sterilization.

Many vets and rescue centers castrate a man before assembling the leg. At this point the dogs begin to seriously mark territory. No hearted attempts we see in immature dogs. The immature castrated dog may squat for the rest of his life, and perhaps more interesting to intact males, the dog may also have a short attention span and frustrative puppy like behavior.

There seems to be an increase in testosterone between 10 and 16 months depending  how much is it to get a dog spayed.on the breed and size, which clearly turns on a dormant program, which provides weapons wired this behavior, many behaviors are not insulated wire action therefore other functions that are not so obvious can be activated at that time. They may have social and behavioral effects that help the development of dogs psychological and physical development. If sterilization reject these out too soon, we can not deny the possibility of achieving both mentally and physically for adults full potential of our dog.
